Shipping within Malaysia

We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within Malaysia.

International Shipping

For shipments to countries outside Malaysia, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery times may also vary due to customs clearance.
 
Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests made within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to a valid reason agreed upon by both the customer and Brompton Malaysia.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

* Be unused and in the same condition as received
* Be in its original packaging
* Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Brompton Malaysia.
