Brompton Pentaclip

This is our Brompton Pentaclip in classic silver, designed by us to connect Brompton saddles to a Brompton seatpost. This is a replacement part as it comes as standard on Brompton C Line and Brompton Electric C line bikes but can be purchased as an upgrade for other Brompton models, such as the A Line.

Our Pentaclip is a robust and lightweight part (weighing only 0.26kg) that fits steel rails with 43mm spacing so you can use a compatible saddle of your choice on your Brompton bike, using this part. This genuine Brompton part is easy to install using minimal tools and all instructions are provided.

As well as connecting the saddle to the Brompton Seatpost, it also allows you to adjust the saddle for your own comfort and desired riding posture. Simply loosen the Pentaclip and the saddle can be pushed forward to reduce your reach to the handlebars, or backward to increase the reach. This is an essential piece of your Brompton kit to promote good posture and saddle placement.
