Brompton Chain 3/32 100 links

Our Brompton Chain 3-32 100 Link is a replacement chain for your 2 or 6-speed Brompton Bike, with a 50T front chainring or 2-speed with 13T rear sprocket and 54T front chainring. We recommend changing your chain and sprocket every 2000 miles or so, but in wintry conditions, it could be anything from around 500 miles, so it’s important to check your chain for wear and stretch regularly to maintain joyful riding with every journey.

Changing the chain on your Brompton is quick and easy. Simply locate the power link and fold the rear wheel of your Brompton. Then, release the tension and remove the chain using the power link and a chain tool. Install your new Brompton Chain by wrapping it between the chain pusher and chain tensioner, around the sprocket and chainring and attach using the power links; then you’re good to go!

The 3-32' chains were introduced in 2002 so chains before that date would be 1/8in width.
