Just like its larger counterpart, it attaches directly to the Front Carrier Block on your Brompton frame, meaning that carrying your daily essentials has zero effect on your steering or balance.

1. Proportional Framework

Unlike the Large Basket, which spans quite wide, the Small Basket utilizes a narrower internal composite backplate frame.

The Engineering Benefit: It sits completely flush within the front profile of the bike. This makes it incredibly streamlined, reducing wind resistance and making it much easier to filter through tight traffic or packed train stations.

2. Collapsible Side Gussets

The bag features intelligent folding fabric side panels combined with a semi-rigid base.

In Use: When loaded, it expands out to cleanly hold a water bottle, a light jacket, your lunchbox, and a U-lock.

Folded Flat: When empty, you can snap or press the bag almost completely flat against the main frame, meaning you can leave it mounted on the bike permanently without adding bulk.

3. Integrated Carry Straps

Rather than a singular central padded handle like the Large version, the Small Basket typically utilizes dual webbed tote handles or an adjustable shoulder strap system.
