1. Flexible Composite Blade

The mudguard blade is constructed from a specialized plastic composite that is both thinner and stiffer than previous versions. This allows the mudguard to maintain its shape at high speeds while being resilient enough to withstand impacts from road debris.

The "Advance" version features a redesigned rubber flap at the bottom. It is shorter and more aerodynamic than the classic "L-type" or "R-type" flaps. Its primary goal is to deflect water away from the bottom bracket and your shoes without creating excessive wind drag.

3. Precision Stays (The Brackets)

The metal stays that hold the mudguard in place are thinner and use a specific mounting geometry. On the T Line, these stays are often made of Titanium to save every possible gram. They attach directly to the front fork via a simplified mounting point.

Installation & Maintenance Tips

1. Clearance is Critical

Because the Advance mudguard sits very close to the tire for aerodynamics, you must ensure it is centered.

Pro Tip: Loosen the mounting bolt at the fork crown, place a 4mm hex key between the tire and the mudguard as a spacer, then tighten the bolt to ensure perfect clearance.

2. Cleaning

Do not use harsh solvents. Because of the matte finish, oily cleaners can leave "shiny" streaks. Use simple soap and water with a microfiber cloth to maintain the factory look.

3. Compatibility Warning

The Advance Front Mudguard will not fit a standard C Line MK5 or older model fork without modification. The mounting hardware is designed for the narrower, tapered profiles of the Superlight (P Line) and Titanium (T Line) forks.
